The training Course in " Production of Immunobiologicals and Animal Care" at Central Research Institute, Kasauli has been designed with the objective that the vaccine Manufacturing industry of India will be able to get trained/skilled auxiliary staff especially in the field of Vaccine Manufacturing to handle various modern machinery/equipment, Lab. Stores, Chemicals and Glass Wares and upkeep, care and maintenance of lab. animals. Therefore, in order to cater the demand of the country (Both Public & Private Sector) of such skilled staff, the course is being started with a vision to fulfil the Govt. of India policy "Skill India" and for generating Self Employment. The course is affiliated to State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT), Himachal Pradesh.
